My friend Gigi is an award winning chef and former Dean, Le Cordon Bleu program; California Culinary Academy ! She has created Kids Culinary Adventures, a premier professional cooking school for kids and teens. It is in the San Francisco Bay area, home to great food and fun.

She was sweet enough to give me the step-by-step low down on creating those chocolate walls, as well as the HOT TIP to put straws in the cake (inwhich to place the flowers!)...and now, I cant wait to make a pretty spring cake.
